Well here's the chance to show us what it was like ;)

This deviation is inspired by a charming little tale called Fairer-than-a-Fairy, written by Charlotte-Rose de Caumont La Force. Even though it is short, it teaches all sorts of valuable lessons.

Top 10 Things I Learned From Fairer-than-a-Fairy
1) Do not give your daughter a name that will offend local magical beings.
2) Always keep your faithful guard-dog and guard-cat nearby.
3) Keep your eye and tooth in a strengthening solution at night.
4) Rainbows are excellent boyfriends.
5) When talking to rainbows, don't forget to tend your fire.
6) If birds caution you to pick up a shining pebble, do it.
7) Polite custom dictates that your should trade one pebble for another.
8) Pebbles can also shape-shift to provide shelter in a crisis.
9) Magical nuts always contain miniature porters whose keys can open secret doors.
10) If complaining to your boyfriend about the same thing twenty times isn't enough to get his attention, it's time to open a pomegranate.
