Climb Every Mountain

For my birthday, I received lots of new art supplies. My uncle gave me some canvas. He is a photographer, so for my first painting of the summer, I decided to use one of his photos for reference.

His photo was taken at Mount Rainier in Washington, U.S. It is looking at Plummer Peak in the Tatoosh Range.

This is one of my first times working with real canvas. Before, in my art class, we only ever used cheap canvas board. I used acrylic. I have a lot of practice to do yet, but I think this is one of my better paintings.
